Why are all of your modules 8HP?

8HP to me is the marriage of functionality and space. I want an  individual module to not crowd my whole rack no matter how badass it may  be, but I also want something in a small form factor to pack a lot of  punch (hence the dual-purpose aspect to my modules).

Question 2

There is some flux residue on the back of my module. Is this bad?

I use a special "no clean" rosin flux in my solder that is safe to leave on the PCB and will not corrode.

How long does it take to ship my purchase?

If your module(s) are already put together and ready to go, I can usually ship the same day or day after. If it still needs to be assembled, the timeline may be extended one more day. From there, the shipping speed depends on the purchased shipping type/carrier.

What happens if my order says "delivered" in the tracking information but I can't find the package?

Accepted Answer

First, check with neighbors, roommates, and family members to make sure it wasn't delivered without your knowledge. If not, wait up to 48 hours  from the time of the delivered status. Sometimes carriers update the  status to delivered before they actually deliver the package and it may  show up a day or two later. If there is still no sign of it, reach out  to your local post office or delivery hub and ask for the delivery  coordinates of the package. This may help to find where they actually  delivered it to. Reach out to me as well and I'll see what I can do to  help. If the carrier believes they have lost the package or the package  was stolen, open a claim with Etsy to get the refund process started.
